Do you offer custom packages?

Absolutely! We understand that each event is unique and we are more than happy to create a custom package for you. We bring a list of all of our services to your complimentary consultation and these can be mixed and matched to create the perfect level of service for you.

What is the first step to hiring an event planner?

Coffee! We meet you at your favourite coffee shop for a complimentary consultation to discuss your event needs. We ask lots of questions and listen to every detail until we understand your event inside and out. After this meeting we put together and event proposal for you. No obligations!

Will I still have a say in the details of my event?

Of course. We will work with you to make sure the planning process is exactly how you pictured it. This can mean you are involved in all of the planning or you leave it up to us. That’s up to you!

Do you offer payment plans?

A 50% deposit up front is required to secure your event date and the remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

Note: This does not include corporate events.

Do you offer event design and styling?

We specialise in event planning and coordination. The logistics and details are our forte. With that being said we can arrange for the design and styling aspect of your event, just ask us how!

What does 'Amore' mean?

Amore (pronounced Ah-More-Ray) means love in Italian and there no is no better word than love to describe to passion we have for events.
